INNOVATIVE FOURTH SEMESTER
INNOVATIVE AID
An activity-oriented revision lesson on Prisms and Cylinders was conducted using an innovative concept album. The lesson began by connecting real-life objects to three-dimensional shapes. Through the album, students revised definitions, types, parts, surface areas, volumes of prisms and cylinders, and the relation between volume and capacity. Students actively participated by observing, identifying, recalling formulas, and applying concepts during discussions. A follow-up activity using real-life objects helped reinforce learning. The lesson was effective in consolidating concepts and promoting active, student-centred learning.
